- Do I need an account to buy?
- No. There are no accounts or passwords required to buy. After paying we email your purchase and remember it in your browser, and you can restore it to your purchase email at any time. You can optionally save a check to a free account to come back to it later.
- What’s the difference between the OfferCheck Report and the Pack?
- The Report (£4.99) is the analysis you need to DECIDE — every risk flag explained in plain English, an AI verdict, planning and flood detail, and questions to ask the seller. The Pack (£9.99) adds the documents you HAND TO PEOPLE once your offer is accepted — a negotiation report, an AI solicitor brief and an AI mortgage broker brief. - Can I cancel a subscription?
- Yes, anytime. Landlord CertCheck and the Property Pack Maker Sourcer plan can be cancelled whenever you like and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
