These are Cumberland's charges for 2026-27, the authority CA15 falls in — not an estimate for any individual home. A property's band is set by the Valuation Office Agency and we never guess it; look up a band on GOV.UK and read your row. Bands reflect what a home was worth on 1 April 1991, not today.

Tree 1. Located in southerly end of the woodland, 25m from S/E boundary corner, Sycamore showing significant signs of internal rot three feet from ground level approx 30% of internal tree trunk is rotted out completely. Safety risk. Showing historic signs of bark damage around area of rot. Request for removal and replacement with native tree (horse chestnut or hazel) to encourage diversity. Trees 2 & 3, Sycamores in close proximity located north west of centre of woodland, appear near end of life, very little active foliage and limited to two or three branches below canopy level. Trunk dimension significantly less than others in the woodland. Request to remove and replace with native tree as above. Request replacement of these two trees with one given the close proximity of trees in this section of the woodland and dense canopy coverage associated with this. Trees 4,5,6,7,8 Sycamores on boundary with pathway to side of 24 Lime Grove. Request is to trim back ground level shoots to encourage main tree health and plus a self seeded overhanging honeysuckle in order to reopen tarmac pathway to Maple Close up for use and facilitate erection of stock fence and planting of native hedgerow along boundary (woodland trust grant applied and received, planting to take place Sept/Oct 2026).

CA15 6HR, the sampled postcode sitting at that median: On the English Indices of Deprivation 2025, this postcode falls in decile 4 of 10 — where 1 is among the most deprived 10% of England and 10 the least deprived. It's area context for the wider neighbourhood, not a judgement on any individual home.
Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (English Indices of Deprivation 2025, MHCLG). Deprivation is published for small areas (LSOAs), not for postcode districts, so CA15 spans several. We sampled 12 postcodes in CA15 that have recorded sales and 12 returned a row. It is context for the neighbourhood, never a judgement on any individual home.

What it costs to run a home in CA15, band by band
Cumberland's council tax for 2026-27 set against the CA15 median sold price of £149,001 across 250 recorded sales — the annual running cost beside the purchase price, which neither source shows on its own.

The last column is the band's annual charge divided by the CA15 median sold price — a comparison of two published figures, not a rate anyone charges. It is not a mapping from price to band: a band records what a home was worth on 1 April 1991 and is set by the Valuation Office Agency, so it cannot be worked out from a 2020s sale price. Look up a specific band on GOV.UK. Instalment counts vary by authority, so the monthly column is simply the year over twelve.
